"We have had Kris Yocum as our State Farm agent for more than 24 years. During those 24 plus years we have had motor vehicle accidents and multiple roof replacements on our home. Sure, we have seen rate increases. BUT, through it all, Kris and her staff have ALWAYS ‘been there’. Any question or concern have been answered quickly and accurately. Sure, it’s possible we could find another agent or company that might save us a few dollars, but we will not even consider a change. Kris is ‘there’ when you need her. We highly recommend Kris and her State Farm office."

"My wife and I recently moved to the area. We are long-time State Farm customers, so we needed to transfer our policies to a new agent. Kris Yocum's office was recommended by family. Shaye did a great job helping us transfer our policies. We met with Kris and Shaye to go over our policies. They spent time getting to know us, so they could help provide suggestions for coverages that work for us. We just built a new home and they did a great job reviewing coverage options with us. After the initial policy transfer and meeting, Shaye continued to be readily available to answer any questions and make adjustment to our policies as we settled in.
